Toyota Reach Truck

Single Reach Truck versus Double Reach Truck

Our company has narrow aisles and will be investing in a Reach Truck for its ease of use in smaller faces. Why would I select a Double Reach Truck over a Single Reach Truck? If you have an opportunity to create a pallet racking configuration that places (2) racks back-to-back, without an aisle in between, […]

New Equipment Guarantee

In the event you are unhappy with the equipment you purchased from ProLift after one year’s use, we will simply buy it back for the original purchase price less two thirds of our normal rental rate.

Available Options

Reach Interlock Switch

Limits the travel speed if the reach mechanism is extended. Promotes the proper nesting of the carriage before traveling. Traveling with the reach extended can increase wear/damage to the truck and customer's load. The limited speed can be adjusted from 0 - 3.5 mph.

Acculaser

Projects a laser line even with the fork tips. Allows the operator to quickly see if the forks are lined up with the pallet opening. Especially helpful on higher rack positions where distance can be more difficult to judge.

Height and Tilt Indicator

Displays the fork height for the operator and gives an indicator showing if the forks are level or tilted up. Allows the operator to quickly lift to known rack heights, eliminating much of the "creep" that an operator does when getting near the appropriate height. The tilt indicator lets the operator know if the forks are level at tall heights when that is hard to visually determine.

Mast Lift Limit Switch with Bypass

Allows a height to be preset in the programming. At this height, the mast will stop lifting and a message will display on the screen. To continue lifting, the operator must hold the "up" arrow button and lift. Helpful in locations that have a low ceiling height or low obstacles, but have an area with a rack position above the obstacle or with a different ceiling height.
