Operator Daily Checklists, Access Control and Impact Accountability

The MyInsights Telematics solution provides the features you need for a more efficient warehouse environment. 

  • Daily Checklists and Reporting: Digital records improve checklist completion and efficiency. Customizable questions and randomized answers also keep operator engagement high.
  • Operator Access Control: Managing equipment access ensures the correct operator is using the vehicle and easily identifies training opportunities.
  • Impact Accountability: Alerts for equipment impacts keep multiple people informed of potential damage and allows time for moving the vehicle to perform a safety investigation. 
  • Speed Control: Speed can be governed for any equipment in your fleet fitting the speed control criteria. Operator-specific speed control is available on many Toyota models manufactured since 2023, letting you choose to lower an individual's speed.
  • Geofencing: Organize the location of your equipment to show GPS and zone locations. Real-time notifications are received when a vehicle enters or exits a predetermined zone, experiences an impact, or fails a daily checklist.

Is MyInsights Telematics Only Available On New Forklifts?

No, aftermarket kits are available for Toyota models already in your fleet. MyInsights can also be installed on other forklift brands and provides the same benefits, excluding speed control and vehicle error code reporting. 

Standard and optional hardware kits are available for purchase. Connect with a ProLift sales consultant to discuss hardware kits and subscription packages.

How Much Does MyInsights Cost?

Four subscription packages are available - Standard, Plus, Compliance, and Productivity. Pricing and available features will vary by package and packages are invoiced monthly.

Can I Upgrade My Current MyInsight Subscription Package?
